"We have a high quality dark brown Berber carpet that had two large significant bleach stains in prominent view. Karllon and Melissa came to our home and worked on removal of the stains using their dyeing method. The results were fantastic and actually quite unbelievable. The color match is so precise you can't tell where the stains were. We had considered other options such as splicing in pieces of (new) the same carpet but it would have looked bad given the carpet in place wouldn't have matched the brand new carpet piece. We had pretty much resigned ourselves that we were stuck with the stains even though they were so obvious and unsightly. The cost of replacing the entire carpet was easily over $10,000 and prohibitive. Needless to say we're thrilled with the results. Karllon and Melissa are very attentive to detail and really are perfectionists at what they do. An incredible service with high value and we would fully recommend them."
